Handmade 7-string Stratocaster

This guitar is made from old local reclaimed wood. Body comes from old roof beams from one old renaissance house from old town Tábor. Tábor is a town in the South Bohemian Region, Czechia. It was founded by the Hussites. Wood is about 200 years old, air-dried, stable and very resonant with real rustic and original look. Very resonant and light wood. It plays really loud.

Neck is made from maple and fretboard from walnut.

Pickups are EMG Retro Active Super 77-7 with 3-way Gotoh switch and volume pot.

Frets - 24 jumbo silver-nickel 18%

25,5¨ scale

thin D - profile - very comfortable neck profile

Width:

- 47,5mm at the 1st fret

- 67,5mm at the 24th fret

Thick:

- 19mm at the 1st fret

- 20mm at the 12th fret

Finish: my own hand-mixed shellac (natural laquer with nice warm feeling and natural vintage look, great for sound)

Hardware:

- Gotoh

- Tusq XL black nut

Pickguard is made from aluminium.

Double action truss rod.

Weight is 3,7 kg.
